The Decree roadmap.

Decree starts with the harness generator: npx decree-harness scans a repo, extracts its decisions, and generates a harness for Claude Code, MCP, TypeScript and Python.

Next is the hosted workspace. It will hold the decision graph across every repository, with an owner on each decision and a confirm queue for new ones.

After that come harness governance (scoped tool access, sandboxing and policy checks), a review team whose comments cite specific decisions, and a token router that keeps those checks affordable. Each one reads the same live decisions.
